Tony Pham, owner of Vietnamese Subs and Rolls, opened the doors of his business in July of 2009 with a simple goal of creating a unique lunch option for downtown workers. City Approves Funds for Greater Downtown Action Plan!

In yesterday’s City Council Capital budget discussions, Council approved the 2011 capital budget, complete with some exciting news for the downtown. Councillors have decided to move forward with a significant upgrade to the downtown through initiatives proposed through the Gaetz Avenue Revitalization Plan. Council sees the future of the downtown as vibrant, dynamic, and pedestrian friendly, with the project focus being to implement a streetscape for the downtown that is both unique and focused on pedestrian movement. Parking Space Still Available

There is parking space still available in the all new Sorensen Station. The downtown structure holds 300 monthly parking stalls, some which are vacant, as well as 100 daily parking spaces. Read more
