Introducing the SNAP! Downtown Photo Contest – an open invitation for everyone to unveil the charm of Downtown Red Deer through their photographic creativity.
Participation is a breeze: just snap a photo that encapsulates your enjoyment of the Downtown Business Improvement Area*, and effortlessly upload it onto our website.
We’re on the lookout for Faces & Places – images that showcase not only the picturesque architecture, public art and gathering spaces of downtown – but the people that enjoy it! Our aim is to capture all the beauty of the places and faces that grace Downtown Red Deer, and to share those moments for all to see.
Mark your calendars! Submissions are welcome on our website from September 1st, 2023, through September 20th, 2023. Public Voting opens September 21st, 2023 and closes October 1st.
1st Place – $500
2nd Place – $250
3rd Place – $100
In addition to the cash prizes, all winners will feature in the November issue of the Red Deer Scene Magazine, with the 1st Place Winner taking the cover!
