WHAT IS A CAR BOOT SALE?

Car Boot Sales are very popular in the UK. In England, a “Car Boot” is what they call a “car trunk”! Think of the Downtown Car Boot Sale like a garage sale, but without the garage! Load up your car, truck, or van with any items from your house that you wish to sell (or that you would normally put out in a garage sale) and come down to the Downtown Market for the Downtown Red Deer Car Boot Sale.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This year, the Car Boot Sale will take place right on the Downtown Market site alongside our regular vendors. Expect unique finds, secondhand treasures, and one-of-a-kind deals as sellers clear out their trunks and tables.

But the fun doesn’t stop there — we’re launching a Downtown Shopping Passport for the same dates! Explore participating downtown businesses offering special sidewalk sales, discounts, and surprises. Collect stamps as you shop, and enter to win prizes when you fill your passport. Pick up yours at the Car Boot Sale!

GETTING THERE

We’re located at 5023 Ross Street, Red Deer, Alberta. 

 

Parking is FREE on Little Gaetz from 50 Street - 48ST after 3PM for visitors.
